I am a cook. I am not a chef, that means I have had training as a cook or I have been on that ego boosting shitshow of Food TV where everyone is a chef. They are not. I am a cook and I love to cook. I cook, if I am reading my chore chart correctly, roughly four nights a week. I do not cook burgers and fries. I cook Chinese meals, Japanese delights, Korean specialties, and other food that most of you typically order out for and never know you aren’t eating the good stuff…the good stuff is over here.
Who doesn’t love a good sauce or two that pair well with everything. Everything with some imagination on your part, but isn’t that what my cooking is about, your part?
